Waffle Breakfast Sandwiches

Last night I did not really feel like putting that much into cooking after a long drive to Odessa and back (I took a final for my class last semester). I wanted breakfast for dinner. So, we had waffles (scott had pancakes, I prefer waffles, he prefers pancakes), and then put eggs on those waffles (I did eggwhites), and put some salsa, and a piece of turkey bacon, Scott did some cheese and viola! We took breakfast sandwiches to a whole new level. It was fun to try, and we both really liked them. My sandwich was right at 300 calories. Here is the breakdown:

2 whole wheat waffles from trainermomma.com
3 eggwhites
2 tbs salsa
1 piece of Jenny-Os Turkey Bacon
