so glad I did that...

I worked out, and I am glad I did. I burnedd 517 calories in 41 minutes. I burned way more calories than I would have sitting on my couch reading Sense and Sensibility. That is how I like to think. Working out can only help my goals, whereas sitting on the couch can hinder them, especially if I do it all day with little or no exercise. Exercise good for goals. Sitting bad... I need to remember that every time I don't feel like working out. It is better for me if I do. Not only does working out help in weightloss, it helps in the whole "run and not be weary, walk and not faint" thing. It helps in my overall health. My mental health is better. My physical health is better. I kind of want to go to the doctor and just get a check up to see how good everything is. Hmmm.... maybe, although I really don't like going to the dr... not that I am scared or anything, I just don't like that thye prescribe so much medicine, when I could probably do something myself that is cheaper and more cost effective. Why put something in my body if I don't have to?

Other good news: I recieved my Environmental Biology textbook today so I can start my 1 out of 3 classes I have left before I graduate! WAHOO! I am so excited! Fifteen weeks left of busy school days/nights and then I am free to get on with the rest of my life. Bring it on nine credits! My brain and digestive system can take you on! Nothing will stop me from finishing you!

Bahahahahaha!
