So far so good!

This morning has been a success in my week of getting back on track! We have to take notice of our little successes to make them big successes, right? I think so! First part of the day: healthy eating-check, exercise-check. The second part of the day is always harder for me, especially in the evening. It is even harder when the hubby has a snack after dinner. I always want to join him. But, I am not going to today. Okay, I just wrote it, which makes it a lot easier to follow through. I find that when I write down what I want to do, it becomes a reality, especially when I write it on here!
