Ode to Chocolate

Reader Beware...
If you are trying to stay away from chocolate, I would not read this post. Here are three chocolate recipes that I LOVE, and I am addicted to them.
The first recipe is from Rookie-cookie.com
Whole Wheat double chocolate Muffins 1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c applesauce
1 c greek yogurt
2 egg whites
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 c mini chocolate chips (or normal sized, whatever you have)

Directions:
Set oven at 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin and set aside.

1. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa into a medium bowl.
2. Mix applesauce yogurt, eggwhites, and vanilla together.
3. Add wet ingredients and chocolate chips into dry ingredients until just combined.
4. Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Cool in tin for 5 minutes and then on the rack. I like mine warm, so I pore those suckers on the rack, and hurry and eat one before they cool.

Yields 12- at 136 calories a piece. YUMMY!
