So Predictable

If there is one thing that is predictable about me it is my breakfast. I have the SAME thing every day, except for the weekends, but even that is predictable, because you know I am going to have something I baked!

Every morning my breakfast consists of:
1 fiber bar (check out trainermomma's reciepes for the recipe- with 1 cup of chocolate chips it comes out to about 105 calories, using wheat bran instead of wheat germ).
1/2 small banana
1/2 c fiber 1 original
1/2 c kashi cereal
6 small strawberries sliced
1/4 homemade yogurt
=
yummy in my tummy! SO GOOD!

Without fail I have this everyday. Sometimes it changes and I have blueberries or raspberries instead of strawberries. Sometimes I will have a muffin instead of a fiber bar, but I love my dose of dark chocolate in the morning! YUM! YUM!

Yum! That does sound like a yummy breakfast!
Lately I have been eating oatmeal every morning with some kind of berry. Yum yum! I was inspired by "trainermomma." I love that blog!
