Taco Seasoning Mix

I decided to try this the other day and used it to make the Turkey Enchilads that the trainermomma has on her website.  It tastes exactly like the taco seasoning mix.  I am SO glad because did you know that taco seasoning mix that you get at the store has dairy in it?  I know, crazy, but it does.  Here is my non-dairy very tasty version of taco seasoning:

Taco Seasoning adapted from good (and cheap) eats.
2 Tbs dried oregano
1-2 tbs salt
2 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs dried onion flakes
2 tbs chili powder
1/2 tbs black powder
1 1/2 tbs ground cumin

Mix in a jar.  Use 1-2 Tbs per pound of meat.  So good!
