Big last chance workout day
Today I have worked out. I don't mean just worked out, but worked out. You know what I mean? I did a Tae Bo workout that was 30 minutes long. I held weights the entire time because last time I did this workout it was not hard enough. The weights made my arms tired! Afterwards I still felt like I needed another workout so I popped in Jillian Michaels thirty day shred and did the level three. Okay, one hour of solid working out. Ya dude! Then, I decided I wanted to go to the park to celebrate my baby's 1st birthday (I know, time really flies). I asked my friend to have lunch with us there, and after we ate, we walked along the park trail for about another hour. So, two hours of workouts today. It was awesome. That is the best type of working out-doing it with friends. That is the social time I like. We ate, it was healthy, and we did something active.
I hope that my workouts and eating well will pay off when I am on the scale. But, really, what I great way to celebrate my baby girl today! I spent time with her, and I made sure that I am healthy for her. I love her so much.
Okay, today's healthy challenge (I think I am going to do that from now on):
go for a walk at the park-go this istant. Then come home and make a yummy fruit smoothie. That is what I did and it was yummy! So worth it!
