Light Food Week
Like I mentioned on Friday, I made a ton of cookies and ate a ton that day. Saturday I ate a half a ton of cookies (they were in my calorie budget, but still I had too many cookies), and Sunday I had a half a ton of cookies (still within calorie budget, but I feel gross). Every morning I woke up with a bloated tummy because of all of the sugar I ate this weekend. So, this week I have designated light food week. The problem was eliminated today because my hubby took the rest to work (that is always my solution when I bake. I eat what I bake for a day or two and then send it to Scott's work, and they love it!). My family is coming on Friday to celebrate my baby's b-day (yes, she turns one on Wednesday! My, how time flies!), and we are having cake on Saturday with my family to celebrate her turning one. So, From now until Saturday, I am having light food week. Soups, Salads, lots of fruits and veggies, and no heavy stuff. That's the plan. I have to defend my 3 pound weightloss I made last week any way.
Speaking of my weightloss. My husband brought to my notice that I weighed less than him (finally! He is a skinny minny!). The only time I have ever weighed less than him I think was when we were dating, but it was only by a few pounds. This is only by a few pounds, but hey, its something!
I think that I am on this every other week weightloss thing. Hey that is fine, I am still losing weight right? I am going to work extra hard this week. I have 3 more pounds to lose, and then I will be in the 120s! Wahoo! I can't wait!
So, please, join me this week and do a light week. Maybe we will see some good numbers on the scale on friday! Cross your fingers!
Also, don't forget to do something active today! I think I am going to do some weightlifting today...
