Sore and 26 in counting
Today I did 26 pushups! Ya dude! They were normal, non-girly, bend-your-arms-to-90-degrees pushups. How sweet is that? Before November, I could hardly do one. I now can do 26! I think its because I have used weights in my workouts. They definitely help.
I'm sore. I've was sore yesterday too. We lost our remote over the weekend and can't find it anywhere. On the dvds I usually workout the play selection isn't the first selection, so I can't do them. I decided to do The Firm workout DVDs that I have had for awhile. They were getting too easy, but this week I upped the pounds on my weights instead of doing what I used to for these workouts, and boy am I sore! It's totally worth it. Its been nice to do some different workouts. Today I worked out for 40 minutes and burned around 490 calories. Not bad!
