Hard workout week, phase 2

I decided that because I had such good results last week from my hard workouts, I decided that this week was going to be another week where I push myself to limits I never thought I would break. Today's workout was a killer, which is exactly what I need. It was workout three of using heavier weights. Its not getting easier, at least not yet. That time may come, hopefully...

I'm going to work really hard this week. It is fun to see how far I can push my body as far as strength and endurance goes. It is fun to eat healthy. I really do love it, and my body loves it too. I think I am getting this inspiration from the Olympics. Weren't they just amazing? It was super cool to see people do things that seem impossible. I want to see how many impossible things I can do in the next few months. We shall see! One of them will be graduating, a seemingly impossible task today.

I have had some requests to show an "after" picture. I will, maybe later today. Normally when we take pictures it is of the K-meister, so there is not a ton of me, but I will take one this afternoon. Stay tuned!
