Nothing Compares
Today, after 3 days rest from my Jillian Michaels dvds I did one today. I chose to do the 30 day shred one because I wanted to get in some housework. Our house has been a mess, and my dear sweet husband was so wonderful for tidying up and doing the dishes last night while I was stressing over my endless piles of homework. So, today I decided to get the laundry done and do the dishes before Scott gets home so he can spend more time just having a relaxing fun evening tonight. I counted the house work towards my workout (it counts righ? Its physical activity), and then I did a 27 minute work out with Jillian Michaels. I could tell I had not worked out with her. It was the 3rd level on the dvd, and usually I can do it a little better, although it is still hard, but man it really kicked my behind. It could be that my shoulders are sore from Tae Bo yesterday, and half of the workout I did today was plank work: traveling pushups, plank pulls and leg lifts, mountain climers, ab holds. Did I mention that I don't like plank work? But, I do have a pretty good lookin back, arms, and a super strong tummy because of them.
I have come to a conclusion. That although it is nice to have these extra dvds, and although I will definitely add them into my normal workout routine, I am going to do Jillian Michaels dvds. Those are the hardest dvds I have found, that don't require you to get 10 dvds for 3 easy payments of 50 dollars.
Sorry Jillian Michaels for putting you on the back burner for a few days. I needed a break. But today was good. Thanks for the hard workout, and I look forward to workout out with you tomorrow. Go ahead and kick my behind. I need it!
I feel good this week. I feel like my body is changing some more. It seems more noticeable when i lose weight now because I only have a bit left to lose. It is awesome! So, hopefully the scale on friday will reflect the change I think is happening this week. A last chance workout tomorrow, and then weigh in day on Friday. Cross your fingers!
