2 pounds!
I lost 2 pounds this week! Wahoo!!!!! I am so excited! I'm now down to 130! I'm really glad I saw a number lost on the scale today. My body has been on this every other week weightloss thing. Today was the weightloss week. I was really hoping to be down to 129 to say I am in the one-twenties, but one-thirty is still really good. I haven't seen that number for a very long time! I feel so good! Working out and eating right totally pays off!
I have a new goal. I am going to california in the summer and I want to go to the beach. By that time I would like to have flat abs, and have them toned. There is muscle there, its just covered by a good layer of fat. I have always had that fat layer. I want it gone. Its not like anyone will see it because I will wear a one piece to the beach, but I will know, and that is what counts right? I want to look absolutely rockin in that swimsuit. I know I can do it. I have gotten this far! I'm getting close!
