Another I knew it week!

This was another I knew it week! I lost 3 pounds! Wahoo!!!! Now I way 132! Only 7 more to go and then I am at my goal weight! I only have single digets to lose! I took long enough! Next week K will be one, so at least I got to my pre preggo weight before then, but to be 3 pounds under that is awesome!

I feel so good! I worked hard, I counted my calories, and I lost the weight. That is the magic equation right there if you want to lose weight.

I couldn't be happier right now! I haven't seen 132 for 4ish years! I am on top of the world! Wahoo!!!!!!

Hard work really does pay off!
