I felt like I was going to die!
But then I felt like I was alive at the same time!
Today I worked out even when I really did not want to. Normally when I pop that workout dvd the idea pops into my head that I don't really want to workout, and that it is okay to take a break. Most times than not I ignore that thought and go on and do my workout.
Today was hard workout. I worked out with Jillian, doing the Metabolism Booster (cardio workout). From start to finish I felt like I was going to die. I chose to workout hard. For every move they did, I tried and did it double-time. Most of the workout I was breathing hard and my heart felt like it was popping out of my chest. By the time I was done my hands were bloated and my vains were popping out from the blood flow. I felt like I was going to die it was so hard.
But, at the same time I felt alive. I felt alive because I knew my working out today-working out hard- would help me in my healthy body goals. Had I not done that I would just be sitting on the couch all day. I am always more lazy when I don't work out. I felt alive because I know I did
something good for my body. I know this helped me with my stress, with my happiness.
Although more than half the time I do not feel like working out, I do because I am worth it and because of the feeling I get afterwards.
I hope you guys can feel alive today like I did! Go and do something active! You'll be happy for it!
